Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ8:30 pm. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Wilmington is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Wilmington peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. The owners of this pizza place are delusional if they think they can charge $15 pulse for a personal size Pizza. And burn it. (I brought the pizza back to the window because I was not happy with how burnt one of the pizzas came out. And worker told me that it was normal to be that burnt. ) I already know I will never be returning I spent 50 dollars on 2 personal pizzas and a cup of salad. I expect my Pizza to not be full of carbon.

This is hands-down the most sensory and intellectual pizza experience in ILM. The dough/crust alone is worth the experience. It is crisp, chewy, bubbly, charred in the correct places, and melts in the mouth. The ingredients are carefully sourced, fresh and always a flavor-bomb. The wine list, featuring biodiverse and experimental options, pairs perfectly with the unctuous pies. The core offerings, such as the burrata, lemon or mushroom pies, feel like old friends, while the specials, such as flowering cauliflower or broccoli rabe, are revelations. Superior cooking and imagination here in our lilβ old town.

The area is great, and there are a lot of cute shops, and stuff to do around. The atmosphere is very chill, relaxed, and laid back. As for the food it was amazing the only complaint I have is the PRICE! The fact that a salad was $17, and the pizza is really small for its price. I probably wonβt be coming back since the pizza doesnβt stand out enough to justify the price, but overall it was good.

The pizza was delicious but the price needs a bit more work. $20 for a personal 4 slice pizza. I personally donβt mind the burned crust because thatβs what you get for a cooked wood fire pizza. I would also recommend staying open later on the weekends to catch the social crowd from fermental. Highly recommend ordering online vs walk up. Prepared for a wait

Amazing pizza and my favorite Lemon pizza. I didnβt expected that flavor so Iβm happy to tried it. I think the pizza was a little expensive and the size was very small but excellent flavor. I tried the ice cream cinnamon with olive oil and itβs ok
